Let's talk FOOD GUILT.

Let's talk about food guilt. This could be guilt around food before, after, or even during eating.


Ever heard or thought the phrase, “I can’t wait for my cheat meal this weekend.” Or how about “we’re being badddd today” as you enjoy something that might be higher in sugar, fat, and sodium?


Fact check— Eating certain foods does not make you a good or a bad person.


Repeat after me, THERE ARE NO GOOD FOODS AND ALSO NO BAD FOODS. They’re all just food. Your body doesn’t know the difference between a slice of apple pie with vanilla ice cream or an apple with a glass of milk.


Additionally, the only time you should feel GUILTY after eating is if you stole the food that you ate. That’s it, end of story.
